My girlfriend took me here for dinner for date night as a surprise and it was amazing. She had called ahead and asked the staff to set up a special table with rose petals and one of their iconic stuffed bears. It was so extremely cute. On top of that presentation, the food was absolutely amazing. Course after course, i was enjoying every little thing from the cheese fondue, to the grilled meats, to finally the chocolate fondue and desserts. Lastly, the drinks we ordered were delicious and so well made- we ended up ordering multiple. Haha Overall I would recommend this place to everyone, especially for those looking for a cute, and romantic date night dinner spot.
This was the best Birthday Dinner I could have asked for. I love the melting pot. You are always so accommodating, the staff is so kind and wonderful and thoughtful. Above and beyond expectations.
We had our 1 year anniversary/ honeymoon/ babymoon this weekend. We decided to dine here to celebrate. KRISTEN was the absolute best. She made the experience soooo wonderful. She even surprised us with a plate to congratulate us! I wish every waitress we had was like her!
I have never came to express my experience at any restaurant but last night was magical. I took my fiancé here for her birthday last night and the booking had options to add roses and chocolate covered strawberries to the table before arrival. There was a 'lovers lane' area away from the general dining and my fiancé was in awe the entire night. I loved it she loved it. You guys were made for love !! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
A Deliciously Memorable Family Experience! We had an amazing evening at The Melting Pot in Buffalo! We started with the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue—rich, savory, and perfectly paired with soft pretzels, fresh bread, and crisp vegetables. For the main course, we chose the Coq au Vin broth and mixed the Classic and Steak Lovers entrées. The standout items were definitely the teriyaki-marinated sirloin and the filet mignon—tender, flavorful, and fun to cook at the table. Each bite was complemented with fresh broccoli, mushrooms, and seasoned potatoes. The experience ended on a high note with the Ying & Yang chocolate fondue—a heavenly combination of dark and white chocolate. It came with an irresistible assortment of dippers: waffles, cookies, s’mores, sponge cake, banana, and strawberries. A perfect place for a fun, interactive, and delicious family night out. We’ll definitely be back!
Taylor was our server tonight and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL. I went to the melting pot with my mom to celebrate my 21st birthday and she went above and beyond to ensure I had a great night, from giving me a tiara to wear, to some champagne to taste test, I was spoiled! Taylor was very kind and such a bubbly person, I hope to come back and have her as my waitress again!! 10/10 experience and the food was fantastic!!!
Omg… love love LOVE this place!! I discovered it a few months ago while I was visiting Buffalo in the mall and it did NOT disappoint. The ambiance is great and so is the food! I think it’s a place people of all ages will love. The entree is all meat and veggies so elder people will like that it’s healthy, while kids will like the chocolate. It’s a win win. It was so good I went again the day after just for the cheese and chocolate. Expect to spend around 2 or more hours there. Really take your time and enjoy it! They also offer free refills of the bread, fruit, and veggies! I went again to celebrate Valentine’s Day and absolutely loved it. The lobster was delicious and I loved the different menu options as well. I will definitely be coming back every time I’m in Buffalo
We drove from Rochester to Buffalo for this one. It was our daughter's 21st, and this was the Experience she asked for. The place is beautiful. Our server was fantastic. He made the entire night feel like we were the only ones in that restaurant. The food was good, considering you cooked it yourself at table side. The restaurant added adorable items like, covering our table in rose petals and chocalate covered strawberries for the bday girl. All in all, an Amazing time for all. I will note, make sure you look at the menu before you head out, it can be pricey for sure. We did the full 4 courses for 6 with a few drinks and it was 500 with the tip. But worth every penny for real.
